- For subscription plans: Within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal if you haven't used the service extensively.
- For one-time purchases: Within 30 days of purchase if the product doesn't function as described.
- In cases of duplicate charges or technical errors resulting in multiple payments.
- If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription plans after the 14-day refund period has expired.
- Subscriptions that have been extensively used, even within the refund period.
- One-time purchases after 30 days.
- Add-ons or in-app purchases once they have been used or downloaded.
- Services that have been fully delivered as described.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request both actions.
