TopMaj ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI services including Voices AI, Writer AI, Fashion AI, and Videos AI (collectively, the "Services").

We process your content to fulfill the requests you make, deliver generated results, and provide your saved creation and conversation history. Depending on the tool you choose, this processing may involve a third-party AI service provider. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train or fine-tune AI models. We do not authorize our AI service providers to use that content for model training or fine-tuning, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. The mobile app asks for permission before sending content to a third-party AI provider. You can withdraw that permission in Settings > AI data sharing. Withdrawal stops future AI requests; it does not recall content already processed.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. On the web, open Settings, go to the Account tab and choose Delete account. In the mobile app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm; deletion cannot be undone.
You can also write to info@topmaj.ai from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately when you confirm. We delete your profile and credentials, credit balance and transaction history, creation and conversation history, API keys, webhooks, usage logs, subscription records and files stored under your account. We cannot restore your account, credits or content.
A card subscription paid through us is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. If cancellation fails, we do not delete the account and show an error. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel those in your store account settings to stop future store charges.
Payment processors and app stores, including Stripe, Apple and Google, keep their own payment records under their policies and legal obligations; we cannot delete those. Third-party providers may retain processed content under their own policies. Backup copies, if any, expire with the backups. We retain only records required by law or needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
